I needed an Infectious Disease Doctor ASAP they had an appointment available for me in a week, shocking considering is a specialist doctors. Both girls working up front are extremily friendly making my process so much easier and less stressful. I would recommend both doctors 100% they are so knowledgable and friendly, judging by the other comments of course people if you owe someone they will want their money, isn't common sense? I have a long term relationship with this office and have no complaints :).

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if patients are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude. I was completely distressed during talking on the phone. I was refused to see doctor because there is an outstanding balance in the hospital. I was in hospital for 6 months and the manager keeps accusing that I ignore my responsibility to pay the bills. The staffs work for doctor as professional medical field but they are not professional at all. I told her that I will make complain to Texas Medical Board and she turned back to me and said I am rude.
Good manners are appreciated as much as bad manners are abhorred.

This doctor and his associate forgot me in the hospital for 3 days. I had West Nile and accrued major bills due to the oversite. Then they refused to call me back for weeks and lied to me about the diagnoses. They stated I never had the virus but I was confirmed through testing and still, a year later, have symptoms and complications.. Run if you can
