Dr Jeannette Ouyang-Latimer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Basis of Behavior and her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, graduating cum laude, at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia in 1999. She earned her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign in 2003. She completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at UCLA-Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles in 2007 and a fellowship in Infectious Disease at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in 2010. Dr Ouyang-Latimer earned her Masters of Public Health, with a concentration in Epidemiology and Global Health, at the UTHealth School of Public Health in Houston in 2010.
