I definitely recommend this business. I originally chose them because the location was conveniently close enough to a bus line that I could get there, despite not having a car. The personnel was attentive, kind, and thorough. They eased my anxiety and provided a painless experience, screening for COVID on the way in, and then sending me out the door with sparkling clean teeth and useful advice on how to properly care for my pearly whites to keep them healthy and functional for decades to come.
This office is very unprofessional. Started the process to get my dentures at the end of June. I have had 3 appointments and they have cancelled my last 5 appointments. I haven't had teeth since the end of February and this office is 45 minutes from home but they were the only ones accepting patients since covid-19. I am supposed to have an appointment tomorrow but not getting my hopes up. So beyond aggravated at this point 😡🤬😡🤬
The visits were suppose to be 5 originally and now I am on my 10th visit for a set of dentures. I don't know whos teeth they made but they were not mine. now they want to reline them but they never fit in the beginning what wrong with this company. Shame shame shame.
Worst experience ever. I waited an hour and a half before I was seen. The receptionist misplaced my ID and insurance card while I was filling out paperwork. She couldn't find where she put them! Everything is super dated. I had to climb over the dental chair and other equipment just to put my purse in a decent spot. To top it off, while everyone was complaining in the waiting area about how there was only "one dentist" working.... the craziest lady stumbled in. She was using the wall to stand up. Shouting across the lobby being extremely obnoxious. Worst environment I have ever been in. Going to the dentist already sucks... this was a nightmare.
Horrible. The receptionist was rude and. The nurse were very rude, one even told us to.make a appointment for 3 weeks out even though my daughter had a infection caused by them
