Slow and ignore the phones and the patients at the window. Rude and no customer service skills whatsoever. They act like you are bothering them. Very intimidating and come across as if they are lazy and really do not like their jobs are there just for a paycheck

horrible place to have to go to but when thats the only place that takes ur insurance u don't have any other options... just recently made me an appt for a time when the office was closed for vacation. have went many of times to be told i had no appt when i know i did. just hate like heck to have to take my grandkids there

I was calling as a new patient to schedule cleanings for myself and my children at the western hills location... I sat on hold the first time for about 10 minutes before hanging up and trying again.. I then sat there on hold for another 35 minutes listening to the phone ring at least 200 times and still nobody answered... Thanks but if my phone call isn't important enough ill take my business else where!
