They have no clue on what they are doing. The dentist was an older man that I saw and he had a dental assistant there. She had to tell him that he was looking at the X-ray wrong. He numbed the wrong side of my mouth as well. They were going to take out crowns I already have and put new crowns in. I offered to pay for a crown but they said no that my insurance would cover up to two crowns which my Insurance is Molina. They also wanted to pull seven of my daughters teeth because they were baby teeth and she was eleven at the time.

DO NOT GO HERE!!

I made an appointment (after the hassle of rearranging my work schedule several times) to get a 2nd cleaning and a filling, etc done. I went to the appointment, after I sat there for 20 mins they told me that "someone" rescheduled my appointment for the next day at 9 am. I work! So I rescheduled for after work (another hassle of rearranging my schedule at work) and called on my way in the next time to make sure I still had an appointment. They confirmed my appointment over the phone, but told me that part of the procedure would have to be done another time b/c the person who does that was out??!!?? I started to reschedule it all for 1 appointment, but when she confirmed what I was getting done she told me that I was down for a root canal. I can only imagine what would have happened had I gone in for the appointment w/o checking first.

They are unorganized and too busy. They need more help and more doctors. This place is unbelievable. I would never go back & I would certainly never take a child there.

It is not clean either.

I was trying to make an appointment at the Western Hills office and I was put on hold four times very rudely. I told her that I needed to make four appointments she said I could only have two family members a day, which is fine. So I made my two appointments she seemed very put off and was quickly trying to get me off the phone. She preceded to end the call and I told Her I needed to make two other appointments and abruptly put me on hold again,without asking if I could hold. So I hung up! If the care is as bad as the service I wouldn't recommend this dental office to anyone! I will not be attending my appointment! Mary needs a new job
