I recently went to Merritt Mill Dental and was very impressed by the quality and service of the dental asst. and dentist. I give them a 110%. However when attempting to make a new appt. via phone I must say that I was extremely dissatisfied! The office has not returned my call in over two weeks and I call daily to no gain. Most of the time they just pick up the phone and hang it up without conversation. If they are under staffed then they need to hire someone to tend to the phone. With the company having a great medical team there office organization is really bringing them down. I hope they can resolve this problem asap!
