The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I would consider recommending them to my friends and family. While I wasn't completely impressed, if someone was in need I would point them here. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities, but don't keep you informed on what they are doing and can be very rough. They definitely need help with their bedside manner.

I have been to their office , both myself and my kids, have been extremely satisfied with their services. Their staff was more than helpful concerning some special circumstances I encountered and I thank them.

I highly recommend them over the "factory" type offices that just push clients through the door.
