I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I used to have crippling dental fear, and Dr. SIngh is by far and away the best dentist I've ever had. I've had quite a bit of major work done by him, and each experience, although I was scared, was pleasant and painless (aside from the VERY minimal pain from the novocaine). They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.

So, the review added all of the above. Here's my experience. Wonderful hygenist, and their new part-time dentist is very nice, but the full time owner is awful. He decided to fill 7 of my teeth - until then, at age 35, I had never had a filling. He put some on my two front teeth because I had weak enamel and it chipped almost immediately. His wife is the office manager and she changes appointment times willy-nilly without notifying the patient. Sometimes as little as 15 minutes, sometimes as much as 45 minutes. Either way, it's a hassle. I'm going to find a new provider.

Btw, the 8-10 identical reviews on here are a little fishy...
