We absolutely love Dr. Miller and his staff! Dr. Miller and the other providers in his practice are always eager to address our concerns and are very thorough at our office visits. The nurses are knowledgable and very friendly and the front desk always greets us with a smile. We can always get an appt the same day we need one when our children are sick. In addition, they offer Saturday appts which is hard to find at other offices. We wouldn't think of being seen anywhere else.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

I would never visit them again. They didn't listen to me when I complained of my child's symptoms after they authorized my child's release from the hospital against my wishes. It was not easy to reach them when my child continued to be ill and got worse. It took two almost hysterical calls before I finally reached them. They tried to make me me feel stupid... like an overreactive mother.. It literally, almost cost my child's life. Then, when I specifically cautioned them about my child's sensitivies to being touched by doctors after the second time my child was hospitalized (this time in Children's National Medical Center Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) they disregarded my cautionary comment and started to try and "play" roughly with him which set him screaming in terror. My husband's first words as we left were, "WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK!" ... and we didn't.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious.

This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. You could tell that they really went the extra mile in making sure that the healthy children didn't catch anything. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
