Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort. I was somewhat disappointed with how much they really knew about immunizations. They were able to give me a little information, but not much. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. You DO NOT want to mess with the Office Manager, his WIFE. I have heard her screaming at staff members in the office and slamming doors. I overheard her call a patient's parent a B**T#H while waiting in a room. She is rude and Dr. Miller leaves your waiting a very long time to be seen.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. The office was easy enough to find.
