I've been taking my children here since they were newborns the oldest of them is about to be a teenager. I like that they try to get you schedule in whenever you call. Always courteous and friendly.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful doctor. Their equipment was very advanced and modern. I was impressed. They definitely care about patient comfort because this doctor has the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Whether I had a billing question an appointment question or a procedure prep question, the staff answered everything completely. They were clearly well trained and were very willing to take the time to help me. Also the have same day sick appointments and have seen my child even if it ran over their closing time. They are very good about getting my child in for a physical or other appointment that is convenient for me and my child. I love this doctors office and recommend it to everyone.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
