They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. Dr. Crystal Brown ignored my son's hives and he ended up in the ER, But I love all the other doctors and NP's.

We were impressed with the level of expertise of the doctor in all areas of adolescent medicine for our 16 year old son. And he listened! I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
