Dr. very willing to listen but must make two visits to have something done. First to waste an hour of your time in waiting room then 5 min to tell you that you must come back for simple procedure.( When you make it clear what you needed done when making appointment.) Yes two charges for office visit. Old women at desk place you on hold forever when making appointment then never smile or have a nice thing to say when in. But free trial sizes of everything you need ..I'd probably go back since she is nice and speaks ENGLISH.
