I think most of these reviews on here are fake. Dr. Maria Al-Basha's practice is mediocre at best.

First of all, her receptionist is border-line retarded! Every time I talk to her she asks me my name and birth date over and over Last time I was in there she thought I was a new patient because she couldn't seem to enter the simple name Burns correctly. She also has the worst raspy voice imaginable.

Ok next, after waiting, you get to see a NURSE who pretends she is a doctor and really knows very little. The nurse at my other Dermatologist with a MASTERS in nursing pretended to be a Dr and pronounced Excema as "ex-ZEE-ma - duh.

When you finally see Dr. Al-Basha, you can't understand her because she mumbles all the time. She mumbles something about what your problem is after barely examining you the precribes lotions, and steroids for every condition.

Not ONE doctor ever wants to analyze anything and get to the root cause. The are just glorified drug pushers for the Big Pharma making BILLIONS in profit.

I have been to at least FOUR dermatologists over the years and I have been suffering more and more because no one helps me. I am ready to shoot myself it is so bad.

We have a giant scammer Heathcare system full of fat moron nurses who constantly screw things up because they have absolutely no inclination towards SCIENCE in a highly scientific field, and doctors who mostly know nothing but how to use trial and error prescribing meds to make the Pharma execs richer and richer.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Never, they are very reliable.
