The chairs they had in the waiting room were horrible. I was so uncomfortable; I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
