They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.
