I was impressed with the prompt answers I received every time I had a question or concern. There were a couple times I wish there were more patient/doctor interaction, but once we had a discussion with our doctor about it, it improved greatly.

Dr. Hatasaka and his staff (Andrea and Heidi RN's) have been wonderful to work with on this difficult journey of infertility. I feel my questions and concerns have been addressed always and that it has been a team effort through the process of IUI's, consultations, and IVF appointments and procedures. I am thankful to have found this clinic and Dr. Hatasaka to help us find solutions and help us get closer to becoming parents one day.

I found it very off-putting to pay for my entire visit upfront before doing anything with this brand new place. I also found it super unpleasant that the doctor was so pessimistic about my chances of getting pregnant when his job is to get his patients pregnant. I even told him I did not want to hear all of the negative stats on it for women of my age but rather to look at MY ACTUAL blood test or ultrasound etc. I did not want to go by stats and I told him that but he persisted regardless. Dumb-founding to me.
