Nurses do not read or know patients file before calling for details. Not good bed side manor.

Dr. Hatasaka has been very patient answering questions for us and walking us through this process. We have enjoyed working with him and are pleased with the results! The only thing we would say that might be worth considering is, that, as we went through both fertility treatments, there is understandably a lot of focus on the things that can go wrong, the odds against conception and the fact that there are no guarantees. We would have liked to hear more success stories as we went along as we know there have also been a lot of successes with your clinic and that helps to build hope..
