My initial visit on 10-24-12 was not good because of a misunderstanding of first visit cost and insurance deductible. The staff has reached out to me several times since then and wants to make it right. This says a lot about them and their character. Also, after some research, I have found that their charges are not out of line when compared to others. I will give them a try when the need arises again!

Very expensive! They say they take insurance, but office visits are not covered, they are $100 each!

Dr. Kothmann explains what is going on, and also listens to me and does the extra steps to achieve proper alignment. His staff is competent and helpful, and the massage therapist on site is excellent. I wasn't able to go in for treatment for months, and after only two visits I'm feeling better and my constant headache is gone. My young daughter has suffered falls in sports and I now take her periodically for adjustments. I trust Dr. Kothmann to find the best treatment plan to help my aging body become more healthy.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to other places that made me feel uncomfortable. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

I would like to say that Dr. Kothmann is the best chiropractor ever!!! I went in for an appointment on Monday and was in and out in under an hour. I thought his exam was very thorough for my severe low back pain. I was given lots of information about my spine that I would have never known from the patient educator. Xrays were taken which made me feel like he is wanting to find the core issue to my problems. I was never given xrays at previous chiroprators before. And to top it off his staff was very professional and super nice!!! I highly reccommend Dr. Kothmann for your chiropractor needs!!!
