I was referred by a colleague to Korey and he absolutely loves him and has been a customer for around a year. He is in network for me as well so I made an appointment and showed up about 20min early knowing there would be paperwork. The staff was alright despite being rather short with me like I am just part if the process. I ended up watching 7 different clients walk in the door after me and walked to the back. I had been there for 1 and a half hours, 1 hour past my appointment time before telling the staff I was leaving. I had just watched a man walk in and get called to the back after 10 minutes of waiting and the entire waiting room had been cleared out except for myself and it was about 10 minutes after that that I left. The staff had kept telling me when I asked how much longer it would be about 5-10 min longer, this being closer to the start time of my appointment. When I asked for my copayment the staff did not seem to care in the slightest. No apologies or anything besides someone yelling from the back to give me my copayment from the drawer. It was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
As a new client I did everything possible to make my appointment time and I had a very poor experience because of how the staff was managing clients.
