I just can not put into words how wonderful my first experience was with Dr. Nelson. I was new in the area, in a lot of pain and drove 2 hours just to see him. The customer service there was Great! Dr. Nelson has a huge passion to help heal people. He's also wonderful in body and emotion coding. He Not only helped me but helped my Mom with a breakthrough of emotional release from years of trapped emotions.

I'm very happy with the care I've received from Dr nelson, and the rest of the staff at healthsource ! After going through years of lifting at my job and two pregnancies I felt like my back/neck/shoulders would never be pain free . After just one visit of being adjusted my pain started to improve at my next visit I realized that they weren't there to fix me just for the day , but they wanted me to feel better for life and get me on track. They didn't only adjust me on my second visit , they took the time to teach me how to do proper stretches at home through physical therapy and a great massage afterwards. I'm so happy I found them and I do recommend them to my own family and friends . Great friendly staff !!
