They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else.

They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was in awe at the level of service I received when I visited Andy Nelson, D.C.. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
