I had some lesions removed on my face by a dermatologist and they did not heal well, so I came to consult with Dr. Benjamin Schlechter to see if anything could be done to make it look better. He said that he could excise the existing scar and revise it for a more cosmetic result. It has been several months and they look great, I can barely see anything. He did a great job. I wish I had known that he could have done the initial removal, I did not realize plastic surgeons take off lesions and things. The best part was my insurance covered it!

I was in a panic as a mother and everyone at the office went above and beyond anything I could have imagined to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The procedure went wonderfully and everything looks great! I cannot be more appreciative.

I could not have been more pleased! I had a terrible accident that damaged my jaw area and after major jaw surgery, I was really scared how I looked, so I wanted to see a plastic surgeon. Dr. Schlechter was so kind. He made me feel very comfortable and also told me to wait a while as much of the swelling would go down, and he did not want to do anything for a while. He continued to see me ever couple of months to monitor my progress. Once it was time for Dr. Schlechter to preform his procedure, it was so much less work then I had originally thought. His patience and conservative approach was so appreciated! I was actually amazed by that. I really did not expect that from a plastic surgeon. I was very nervous when it was time to have some work done, and he and the anesthesiologist were so calming, as well as the rest of the staff. I also was so happy with the doctors kindness in how he treated me as a person. I had a bunch of anxiety, and he was so confident and calming. I am only a month post op, and am very pleased with the progress and results so far. Overall, it's been an amazing experience here, and I would highly recommend Dr. Schlechter!

I had seen and ad in a local paper about earlobe repair and I was so excited such a procedure existed. I have not been able to wear earrings for years because my lobes were torn through. Today it has been two months I I got my ears pierced by Dr. Schlechter and I am thrilled. He did a great job and it was a really easy procedure. I was a little nervous for the repair and it was really nothing! He even did the consultation and repair the same appointment which was so convenient. Coming back to North Shore Aesthetics for a facial next!

I have come to Dr. Schlechter for my filler and Botox treatments for a couple of years now, and I am pleased with the injections. I like that it looks natural and no one can tell what I have done, not frozen face or giant lips like so many people have! I have sent a bunch of friends to the practice and they are all pleased as well. Great staff very accommodating and kind.

I have never liked my nose and I finally got up the nerve and money to do something about it. I had consults with several doctors, but when I met Dr. Schlechter and heard what he could do for me I knew he was the best choice for me. He was very calm and confident, seemed to know exactly what he was doing, while others were I might do this or I can try to do that made me a little nervous. It has been a few months since the surgery and I am so happy with the results. The entire experience so was so much easier and better than I expected. Dr. Schlechter has a beautiful office and operating suite, everything was so new and clean! He follows me closely which I like, and his price was right in the middle of the quotes I got not the most or least expensive. I only wish I had done this sooner but better late than never! Highly recommend Dr. Benjamin Schlechter and North Shore Aesthetics!

Dr. Schlechter ones an amazing job on my Botox for my crows feet and between my brows. Today I got filler to my cheeks and the nasal folds and I love it! I was so afraid to try it, wish I had done it sooner, it makes a huge difference!

I came to this office for a consultation for gynecomastia. It is kind of an embarrassing thing but Dr. Schlechter made me feel very comfortable during the consultation. I had two other consultations at other offices, but when I met him I could tell he had a lot of experience with this condition. He was able to tell me if I needed any skin taken out and what I could expect for the final result when the other doctors said I would just have to wait to see how it heals. I also saw a bunch of before and after photos of his work, which was helpful, as I had not seen any at other doctors. I decided to have Dr. Schlechter do the procedure, and it has been life changing for me. I never wanted to wear fitted shirts or even take my shirt off because I was so self conscious, but not anymore. Thanks you Dr. Schlechter and North Shore staff you guys are awesome!
