Dr. Schlechter did an amazing job. I had lipo, Perscision Tx, and fat transfer to the face. It's only been 2 weeks but I could not be happier with the results. The staff are equally amazing. They were all so kind and made me feel at ease before and on surgery day. I would highly recommend North Shore Aesthetics.

I called to see if the doctor fixes earlobes that have had gauges. I am enlisting and the army requires that I have the holes closed. I had a very tight timeframe but the office accommodated me right away. The procedure was easier than I expected, not sure what I was expecting but there was no pain at all. It was just numbed and done while I was awake. Wish I had never put the gauges in to begin with, but it was great to find out they could be fixed! If you have a similar problem, Dr. Schlechter is the one to see. Great staff too, so nice.

I wanted a little lip filler but was very concerned about making them too big. I love the way Dr. Schlechter put some in my lips showed me in a mirror what it looked like and I told him when I thought it was the amount I liked! He said the key is not to overfill them, we can always add more once you get used to it, what you do not want is to have to take product out because the lip is too full. He has a very gentle touch. I had heard this would be painful but it was pretty easy. Check him out great doctor beautiful office, friendly staff!

I came to DrSchlechter originally to have some moles removed, as I had gone to a dermatologist before and had very noticeable scars so I decided to go to a plastic surgeon, and I am so glad I did. He removed a few things on my face and body a couple of months ago and already it is barely noticeable, no real scar. Now I switched to him for my Botox and fillers. His injections are so much better than the nurse I used to go to. Injections by a plastic surgeon are worth a little more, results so much better!

I had liposuction and a laser necklift and a fat transfer to the face yesterday and I am here today for my first post op appointment. Other than a little fluid from the lipo draining I feel really good. The doctor coordinator and anesthesia person all called to check on me yesterday which was a really nice touch. I can already see the change in my shape, and I am so happy. I had lisposuction years ago and I do not remember seeing improvement this quickly, or having minimal discomfort. North Shore Aesthetics is a great office for anyone considering surgery skin treatments or injections. Dr. Schlechter's calm demeanor was really helpful in keeping me calm also. .
