I was very pleased with the service of the receptionist and other staff as well as the doctors was very good at explaining the procedure and the treatment was almost painless. Just a little discomfort.

I came in for pierced ear repair, after reading some reviews. I was hoping for best but was a bit scared. The procedure went smoothly. It has been two weeks and my ear is almost healed. Everything from appointment to the end of procedure went great. Dr.Schlecter and his staff are very professional and service oriented. They strive to make everything smooth and always are open to take calls and answer any questions. I highly recommend them and will go back to them for any other procedure /service I need. Sherry and Olga were super nice in helping me make appointments at a very convenient time for me. Thanks.
