I began seeing Dr.Schlechter approximately 4 years ago and it has been one of the best decisions I have made. I was apprehensive to do any cosmetic work and Dr.Schlechter quickly allayed my fears.His knowledge and bedside manner are impeccable. His work is even better. Dr.Schlechter's staff and their knowledge of cutting edge products has really made my skin look incredible. I cannot count the number of compliments I have received on my skin since I started going to North Shore Aesthetics. I highly recommend Dr.Schlechter and his Medical Spa. You will not be dissapointed!

I found this office online because I needed my earlobe repaired from a Gauage I had worn for years that had stretched out my earlobe beyond what I thought could even be fixed. I was happy to be able to consult and have the procedure done the same day. I could tell that the doctor had a lot of experience with this type of procedure which put me at ease. In less than 30 minutes my mangled earlobe looked normal again. The only issue I had with the office was the price was higher than what I had been told on the phone when making the appointment. They did give me a discount because of the miscommunication, but I suggested that change the way they tell people pricing. Overall a great experience. I cannot wait to come back in 2 months and. Have my ear pierced and wear earrings again.

I like his approach, not trying to sell me anything, but rather I am slowly building trust with him and desiring more procedures on my own as a result of this.

Dr. Schlechter, Ally, Olga and the entire staff at North Shore Aesthetics are very friendly, professional and accomidating. I am very pleased with this practice.

Dr. Schlechter performed surgery on my nose, and I am thrilled with the results. My nose had been broken a few times from all the sports I play, and in additional to being crooked, it also had a bump. I was a little hesitant to have it fixed because I did not want to look like I had a 'nose Job'. At the consultation Dr. Schlechter explained how his goal is a natural result, and he would work to straighten the nose, and shave down the bump. I liked the fact that he was not pushy and his assistant was very helpful and showed me a lot of pictures of patients who this surgery by Dr. Schlechter. That was helpful in helping me make my decision, because the results were natural, and did not look plastic surgery was done. The recovery was pretty easy, I had some bruising, and swelling, and I wore a splint for a week. I had to be careful not to bump it for a while, but it turned out great and I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Schlechter. One last thing his staff is great, and so friendly, and really made me feel comfortable.

Dr Schlechter was the best doctor I could wish for. He took the time to talk to me and advise with the best size to my frame. All stuff was very concerned how I feel before and after my breast augmentation. Ivy as well as my anesthesiologist Sindy were calling me the same day just to make sure I am doing well. Best experience I could imagine. I highly recommend this doctor and practice for anyone looking for a caring compassionate and competent surgeon and staff.

I am a 76 year old woman with a 60 pound weight loss that left my face and neck with a lot of hanging skin that drove me crazy and made me look old. I went to see Dr Schlechter's for a consultation to see what could be done with my concerns, and he was very thorough and honest about my needing a face and necklift to address my concerns. After the consult I started thinking maybe I should do something with my eyes both upper and lower if I was already going to have this procedure. Then I also started wondering about what could be done to treat the lines above my upper lip. Dr. Schlechter's explained that he could do laser resurfacing to help with the lines but it would not completely eliminate them. I am thrilled with my results and the way the staff treated my both before and after the surgery. I am already thinking about my next surgery... I hate my hanging skin on my arms and stomach.
