Everything about my experience with Dr. Schlecter was excellent! The front desk staff, his nurses and especially Dr. Schlecter are very accomodating, knowledgeable and beyond helpful! I have alre3ady recommended Dr. Schlecter to my friends and family and will continue to refer him to anyone that asks!!

Years ago I had breast Augmentation by another surgeon. I needed them replaced and lifted and a friend suggested I see Dr Schlechter for a consult. He was so knowledgable and knew exactly what I was looking for in terms of size. I am a few months out from surgery and the augmentation and breast lift look great. The scars are healing nicely, and the doctor sees me a lot more than the original surgeon. I feel very comfortable with Dr Schlechter and the office staff at North Shore Aesthetics. I will definitely be back for other things. I recommend him to all of my friends.

I am a month out from my breast reduction surgery and I feel great, thanks to Dr Schlechter. He is very skilled, has a calm manor so I wasn't nervous having the surgery. His office is beautiful, and his staff is so friendly and accomodating which is hard to find in dcotor's offices there is days. The recovery wasn't bad, a little sore, but I was back to work in 4 days. I was thrilled to not have any drains, and I love my new shape. I waited a long time to get up the nerve to have the breast reduction, I am glad I finally got up the nerve to do it, and also thrilled with the surgeon I Picked.

I am 23 years old and thin but have some breast tissue, and I came to Dr. Schlechter,s office to see what could be done. He was very helpful in explaining why I have this issue, and what he could do about it. It's gynecomastia, and failrly common he said so I felt less self conscious after hearing that. He did perform the surgery, and it was pretty easy to recover. I could not lift things or work out but did not have to miss work because he performed it on a Saturday. It's been a few months now, and I feel great, and now feel comfortable taking my shirt off, which I never have done in front of others. Thank you Dr. Schlechter, you changed my life!

I came in because I had some injections at another office and the results are lopsided. Dr Schlechter was great, he did some Volbella filler to even things out and it looks much better now. I liked that he did not say much about me coming to him to fix a problem, some doctors are funny about that he was very nice.

I have been to different offices for consultations and services. I am very pleased with Dr. Schlechter beautiful office. It has a very comfortable feeling from the first meeting with Olga. Very pleasant and professional. Allison is just wonderful. She is pleasant knowledgeable and very detailed. My complimentary facial was amazing. Allison did my micro blading and made it as pleasurable as possible. Dr. Schlechter is honest and comforting. I am looking forward to a long beauty relationship with North Shore Aesthetics. I finally got up the nerve to get my nose fixed at age 50! I have wanted it all my life, and I no longer avoid pictures and mirrors. I love the way it looks better but did not change my face, I still look like me only better!

I had a few moles that I was concerned about and never realized that plastic surgeons remove moles. I had gone to dermatologists in the past but did not love the way things healed. Then a friend told me about Dr. Schlechter, and the whole process was so easy. He accepted my insurance and did the consult and removed it at the same appointment.

I came to Dr. Schlechter to revise a surgery done by another local doctor. What a difference not only in the results but the whole experience. I am the type that has a lot of questions and calls all the time. They are always so helpful and friendly, and even gave me their cell to text them after hours if I have any issues or questions. Wish I had found this doctor the first time. Do your research, do not go to anyone new in practice! I saw a huge difference going to someone with years of experience.

Had my torn earlobes repaired, I was so nervous, but the person on the phone said it was a very easy procedure, and she was right. So relieved, here for my ear piercing today. Wish I had come here years ago to fix them. Anyone thinking about it it's not a big deal, and the doctor is great at what he does.
