Dr Schlechter is a very caring doctor. He did my mothers facelift and it turned out great. She looks very natural and he achieved what she wanted. I would recommend Dr. Schlechter and his staff to anyone interested in a facelift or any kind of cosmetic surgery. He has a state of the art facility and a wonderful caring staff. I have had injections from Dr. Schlechter and very happy with my results.

I went to see Dr. Schlechter for a consult for liposuction. I have had it before but saw and ad and thought I would make a consult with him. I could tell after talking to him for five minutes that he had a lot of experience with this procedure and felt very comfortable. He even offered to smooth out the areas previously treated because the other surgeon left it lumpy. The day of surgery I was nervous of course, but it was a much better experience than the previous doctor. As it turns out I did not go to a plastic surgeon, big mistake! I never knew doctors who were not plastic surgeons could even do this kind of thing. The cosmetic coordinator gave me a little education on how careful the public must be in selecting a doctor because many different types of doctors are now doing plastic surgery. So scary! I will never go to anyone else for my cosmetic or skin care needs than Dr. Schlechter.

I have been thinking about getting Botox for a while, but was nervous to try it. A friend told me she went to Dr. Schlechter at North Shore and he was very gentle and the results are natural. I decided to make an appointment to see what he said. He explained how he aims for natural looking results not the frozen face look so may people have, which is why I was so hesitant in the first place. I decided to try just a small amount which he was happy to do, and see how it looked. I came back in 2 weeks and got a little bit more. The result is exactly what I was hoping for. They also have this new client pricing of 199 for first time patients so I have told all of me friends!

I hated the brown spots and fine wrinkles on my face, they made me look so old. Too much sun in my younger days! I saw an article about ZO skin care and a procedure and product Dr. Schlechter offers, so I went for the free consult to see if he thought it could help me. I was so impressed with his knowledge of skincare, not just surgery. He has a great Aesthetician Ali who worked with me on facials and the products he suggested. Her facial is amazing, the best I have ever had. I am thinking about doing a laser resurfacing procedure because the doctor said that would really smooth the tone and texture, although I am amazed at how much better my skin looks with just the products. If you have any skin issues make an appointment to see this doctor, and if you just want facials or peels see Ali! Beautiful office as well!

My dog ripped my earring and tore the lobe. I was in a panic and went online to see what kind of doctor to call to fix this. Luckily North Shore Aesthetics popped right up and I sent in an online request to make an appointment. Someone called me back within an hour and fit me in fairly quickly. The procedure was easier than I expected, and in a few weeks I will be able to have him pierce my ear again.
