The office staff was very rude and I have experience lots of problems with s bill that should have been paid since had two insurances. Instead they sent it to a bill collector. I went ahead and paid one but still am having difficulty with her billing since the person who does Dr. Sands billing is separate from her actual off ice and is very difficult to reach.
I have been very dissatisfied with this office and their practices

Whom ever RM is..you must have given her the impression that you could not pay. I've been with her for years and years..I just love her and her office. She treats me like I am the most important patient she has and always has plenty of time for me. You need to re-think what you have said because she is one of the finest doctors I have ever had and she is both my primary doctor and my weight coach!

Dr. Aladraine Sands was very rude. She kept talking to me as if I couldn't pay the bill even though I had already paid the bill and I had already paid it in full. This is the first time I've been to her office and she has no right to think I wouldn't pay my bill. She looked down on me and I've never met a physician who would do such a thing to her patients. She doesn't care but rather but for the money. She only kept mentioning how much I had to pay every time I brought up about a symptom I was experiencing. She cut me off every time I tried to talk.
Her staff is absolutely horrible as well. When my sister who is a doctor called to talk to her they hang up on her. I will never go back there or recommend anyone to them. I'll make sure I will put a bad review everywhere there is a comment box next to her name so she doesn't treat other patients the way she treated me.
