My appointment went fine. They were very knowledgeable. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It is obvious that their facility is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
