Immediate care takes far too long. They appear to be grossly understaffed and not fully committed to patient comfort. They shut me in a chilly exam room where I waited an hour before migrating out to ask what to expect. At the very least someone could check on patients being warehoused, offer water or a blanket, just to see if all's okay and provide an update on time. I was there for 3 hours, all while not feeling well. It was painful. Cayuga Med needs to do better, even if it cuts into profits. Hire more PAs to staff your urgent care center.

I dealt with Dr. Foor-Pessin for my colonoscopy. I spoke only briefly with her, but she had a wonderful positive attitude.
I was cared for by three nurses or NPs. All were outstanding. I was pleased before my procedure before and after.

I went in for same-day surgery to have a cancer spot removed from my face. Check-in was fast, getting me into pre-op was fast. The staff and doctors were all wonderful and I would fully recommend them if you ever need the same thing.

Intake is always pretty quick and the staff friendly and professional. The nurses in the infusion center are wonderful. And they're all pros at inserting the IV needle!
