He was great with my cat, Darshan. Though Darshan is part feral, Dr. Castro knew how to get him to relax. I was very impressed.

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too.
