I wish I could give 0 stars. I went to my appointment and, due to covid, they come to your car to do intake. The employee brings me paperwork to fill out, sees my minor child is with me, and mentions NOTHING about their new policy of one person only being allowed inside with their pet. She comes back to pick up the paperwork, and still never mentions that my child would not be allowed inside. I waited in my car for 30 minutes when another employee was going to bring my scared, sick cat inside to be examined without me. It was then I was informed that my child was not allowed inside due to their new policy. I suggested letting my child sit in the waiting room, with her mask on, near an open door or window, and I was told that was not allowed. That employee went inside two times to ask if they would reconsider, and the vet and office manager refused. I understand there's restrictions, however, they should be informing customers of their policy when you're making the appointment. They should have definitely informed me once they saw I had a child with me. The wellbeing of my cat was never once considered during this, nor the wellbeing/ safety of my 8 year old child. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Poor customer service.

I am 100 percent satisfied with Dr Garson. He has been my vet for over 20 years thru all my pets. He is extremely affordable and there when you need him to be.

Dr. Garcon is a wonderful veterinarian. I trust him explicitly. He has taken
care of all my cats for the last 40 YEARS!!! And was there for them at the
end of their lives. I could not ask for a more caring vet than Dr. Garcon.
His staff is always very supportive and encouraging.

I was always very satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Garson and the staff at carlstadt animal hospital. I miss their level of care and quality and have not been able to find a vet that meets their standards since moving to Maryland. I've even considered driving the 200 miles just to get my dog's care.
