I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. All of their equipment seemed to be fairly new. I felt that my pet would be taken care of adequately. I was shocked at how unfriendly they were towards my pet. I hate to say it, but I'm not sure I would trust them alone with my pet. Not much was accomplished during my pet's appointment, and it left me dissatisfied.
The nerve of the doctor telling me not to hold my cat cause i was slow and being gentle. good riddance the cat scratched you but then you charge 15 bucks more because the cat scratched you. never going here again. receptionist very helpful but the vet older guy, horrible.
