No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

LOVE Jimmy Gleason and the staff at West Plains Veterinary Hospital! Jimmy and his staff are always there to listen and help address any issues. They are always friendly and attentive, couldn't ask for a better vet.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. THE BEST PART IS THAT I GOT TO DROP OFF MY DOG TILL THEY WERE ABLE TO GET TO HIM AND CALLED AS SOON AS HE WAS READY.

I just called to make an emergency appointment and they wouldnt see me. said their appointments were all full, even though I explained what happened and that my dog might lose his leg. the receptionist told me I could "drop off my dog and they MIGHT be able to look at him sometime throughout the day, but they had a full day of appointments." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! Don't call yourself a hospital if you can't take emergencys.
