They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are so professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress our dog made after seeing them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident in our dogs health. Our dog had to stay over night and was well taken care of. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it. Dr. Jessica Thomas and Dr. Gleason were wonderful, so greatful for the care they gave. I would receommend West Plains Vet Hospital to all family and friends.

Absolutely!

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

No, my pet seems to love it here and is never anxious to leave

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was never left in the dark when my pet had to stay in overnight care here. This veterinarian is so thoughtful when it comes to keeping owners fully informed on their pets condition and making follow-up calls exactly when promised. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Completely!
