I have been going to Walnut Hills & Dr. Parker with my pets since a child. He has taken care of numerous dogs and cats for us. The wide range of health issues included simple vaccinations to spey/neuter to the very sad times we had to let our animals go. He has a heart of gold. He isn't the type of vet to order hundreds of dollars in tests unless he feels it's really necessary. I trust him with the precious lives of all of my animals because he has shared my tears and my happiness in equal measure.

It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
