I would never recommend them to anyone. I've never run across such a poorly trained office! They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. What a waste! I wish I hadn't bothered to spend the time and money on this appointment. And to automatically charge me $100 for my dog being over 100 pounds, as soon as I walked through the door, I've never heard of this before! I was charged almost $500 dollars for 3 shots, and a toenail trimming for my dog. While they trimmed his nails, I was told I wasn't allowed to be back there with him to comfort him. His toenails were haggled, and poorly trimmed. When they were finished trimming his nails, they were running him out and slid him into the scales, where he fell from the force. Then the assistant said, "we got him" meaning got him on the scales, after they were told not to weigh him....
not to mention, they said they weighed him for worms....um I'm no vet, but aren't you supposed to do tests, and such for worms? Since when did weighing an animal test for worms? Never again will my pet ever go to their rude, and un caring facility.
