I had a pleasant experience with the staff and doctor on a initial consultation I recently had. I was dissapointed when I recieved a bill for a "surgical procedure" I recieved during the visit for $275.00 dollars that my insurance would not fully cover. I was never alerted that looking in my nose during a ear, nose and throat first visit consultation was considered a "surgical Procedure" . I suggest you ask before any services are rendered to avoid surprise charges.
