If you are thinking about buying any products from this store PLEASE DO NOT DO IT!!! let me tell you that I bought a flat iron from this store and after 3 weeks it stopped working.
I went back to the store with my receipt (within the 30 days of purchase) and wanted a refund. The person who makes herself call a "manager" ( her name is Fereba) has the worse customer service I have seen in my life. She was extremely rude saying she will not give me a refund because that was not part of the return policy, even though it was within the 30 days of purchase and it was a DEFECTED ITEM.
I told her the Return Policy on the receipt was very specific saying that I was entitle for a refund if the item had a defect.
What they do in the store is that they put a small stamp on your receipt thats almost imposible to read and that says that they wont give you a refund or exchange.
When they sold me the flat iron they highlighted the Return Policy that had a 30 days refund or exchange but failed to advised me of that tricky stamp.

Please buy these products either online or in any other store, try to avoid Hair Cosmopolitan because they will def rip you off and will give you the worse customer service.

do not buy hair products from this store. unlike the reputable stores such as ulta, target, etc. these people will NOT let you return or exchange if you tell them you have used and was not satisfied. the sales people just standing around doing not much did not have knowledge to inform me the right way. for an example, there is a product for hair scalp stimulator they sell (which is $10 more than what you pay via online stores), was supposed to be used in conjunction of same line shampoo. i did not know so a naive consumer as myself purchased believing it'd work. i now have a spray that gives dandruff flakes which is totally useless. do not buy anything from this store. they will rip you off.
