I recently spent quite a bit of money there purchasing some mdFormulations products. After arriving at home and opening the products, I realized I had purchased two of the dame and upon returning to the store to inquire about their refund policy, I was rudely told once it out of the box, they could not accept it for return. I understand the policy but I don't understand the rudeness to a long time customer at their Dulles Town Center location. In the future, I will make all purchases for hair and skincare elsewhere.

Beauty By Ferry is located inside of Hair Cosmopolitan in the Dulles Town Center. When I went there, I had service done by Ferry herself and it was the best waxing I have ever had done in my life! Her work is perfect and her prices are great! I will be visiting Beauty By Ferry more often!
