Understaffed. I personally witnessed brand new CNA's fresh out of schooling left to care for 12 people each, rushing around trying to give everyone adequate care. Some CNA's tossed people around without concern for care or comfort. I would HIGHLY recommend putting your relatives somewhere else OR coming in EVERY day to see them, so the upper staff fears your presence and makes an effort to care for your family member. Otherwise beware. The new CNA's try their best to care and take care of each resident, but eventually fall into the same abusive mindset as the rest of the staff who have been there longer, due to being overworked, with way too many residents to care for in a day from understaffed issues.

Oh, PS, I worked there for a while. I don't want to say what department, so I don't incriminate myself, but I saw this all first hand.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I am going to refer everyone I know here. The equipment at this nursing home was current and safe and I knew that my loved one would be receiving the highest quality of care.
