The team in Linda Valley is amazing, they make me feel so comfortable, they are nice and compassion. Whenever I asked for something they are ready to help with a smile in their face.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I think everyone has their own criteria for what you're looking for. For me I have to feel comfortable the minute I walk in and I did when I first walked in. The lobby area is big and comfortable like a living room setting. The facility is well lit with indirect lighting through out the building. The rooms had a window in each room instead of 4 walls!! I was amazed at how it didn't smell like all other places. I read somewhere that for patients with dementia that its good for them to be somewhere they can wander that has no end. So this facility was great since they are building was shaped like a square with wide, bright hallways. I have been to a lot of geriatric places and this one was one of the best I've visited.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked a patient there. Assuming you could get them to come in the room. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of professional slumlords. The administration adheres to bad judgment calls, allows theft from its patients on a routine basis, and does not follow decent human protocols regarding the QUALITY OF LIFE for its tenants. On average, 'tenants' that push the 'call' button on their beds are forced to wait for up to 20 minutes before being seen by the attending staff. There have been instances of 'tenants' going to bed without having been fed dinner. If you love the person in need of such care, please believe this statement: DO NOT PUT THEM HERE.They only cared about what would make them the most money. One thing- AGAIN - if you love your elder, don't put them here!

For those interested or in need of a long term care facility for an elderly loved one it would be best if LINDA VALLEY CARE CENTER located in Loma Linda near the VA Hospital was not on your proposed list.

The administration adheres to bad judgment calls, allows theft from its patients on a routine basis, and does not follow decent human protocols regarding the QUALITY OF LIFE for its tenants. On average, 'tenants' that push the 'call' button on their beds are forced to wait for up to 20 minutes before being seen by the attending staff. There have been instances of 'tenants' going to bed without having been fed dinner. If you love the person in need of such care, please believe this statement: DO NOT PUT THEM HERE.


They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They let patients go without food at times, they unlawfully use restraints, disregard patient rights. IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE- DO NOT GO HERE
