The number of staff was adequate, but they were all warm, caring, and gentle. My mom was there for three months recently and she got terrific care. The therapy department was outstanding. My mom has been to two other facilities, and this was by far the best. If I must use a nursing home again , I would only go to Capistrano Beach

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. The staff was willing to help and open to suggestions. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. The office was easy enough to find,as was the charge nurse. They were using good treatment methods and procedures, and were eager to be educated. This is not the newest facility but I feel they provide conscientious care.

This is the worst nursing Ctr. In south county, my father fully Alzheimer ,and wheelchair bound was in this nursing home over 6 months , this facility is way understaff and the did such a terrible job in transferring my father to a psych hospital without telling us ,he was in a hospital an hour away for 3 days without anyone calling any member of our family ,and when confronted the director of this nursing home sais he was very sorry !!!! ... I would Not recommend this place to any one they were abusive to my father .

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The equipment at this nursing home was far superior than any other facility I have visited. I knew my loved one would be in good hands and well taken care of.
