My friend is in Buckley for rehab. She has had to wait for 45 minutes to get her scheduled medication. The mattresses are so thin you can feel the metal underneath. If you need anything, the frequent response is to bring it from home. The food is poor and often unedible. We've been bringing her food for every meal. Call buttons are on for a long time before responding. There's an aide who has had multiple reports against her, the nurses know she is rough with patients, and she is still allowed to work there. Patients are allowed to bath only twice a week. If you have a family member at Buckley, make sure to spend a lot of time there to make sure he/she is getting proper care.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
