THIS DOCTOR MAKES YOU WAIT 1-2 HOURS IN AN UNCOMFORTABLE,TINY WAITING ROOM. HER ADMIN OFFICE IS LAZY,LAZY,LAZY THEY CANT CALL YOU BACK IF THEIR LIVES DEPENDED ON IT!I SHOWED UP TO THEIR OFFICE,CALLED EVERYDAY FOR 2 WHOLE WEEKS AND STILL NO ONE COULD CALL ME BACK OR GET BACK TO ME!THIS DOCTOR CANT EVEN WRITE UP REPORTS 2 WEEKS LATER!THE DOCTOR EVEN TRIED TO TELL ME THAT MY PROBLEM WAS MENTAL.EVEN THOUGH ALL THE TESTING PROVED OTHERWISE!NEVER GO HERE EVER IT WAS THE RUDEST EXPERIENCE of my life!

I am a kidney transplant patient in Las Vegas. I have be through so many noncompationate doctors, and finally found Dr. Basu through my husband. I have several problems with my back and now arm. She actually sits and listens to what you have to say. She knows you as a person not a number. I would recommend this doctor to anyone. He and her staff are so amazing.

Dr. Basu is a top notch Dr. There were problems with the wait in the office, but I believe that is all cleared up.
