They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort, especially since they specialize in pain management.

All her staff screws off all day on their cell phones, playing games and they eat at their desks and the smell goes through the office. It smelled like a hamburger place, then they talked about what they ate for a half hour.
Dr.Basu is disgusting, she treats he patients like children and drug addicts. She is all about her pocketbook, that is evident after even just meeting her. She is rude, unprofessional, belittles her staff and patients and no wonder her office is empty. She needs to be shut down. She yells at her staff so much that they are crying. I saw a poor woman laying on a bed and Dr. Basu was yelling at her saying she needed to lose weight and all her troubles would be over. Another patient ran out of the office when I was sitting in the waiting room and she was balling crying. I would never go to this doctor again, she is a disgusting excuse for a human being.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost.
