Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

The staff in this office is right sized. They are all knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to them. They are always more than happy to answer questions plus the doctor went out of her way to explain the more complex matters (even drawing a diagram in one instance).
