Ugh, horrible office. I wish I would have done more research before going to this crazy office. The front office is a crazy mess of broken printers (can you say hoarding), the girls that work the front desk are very nice but they seem afraid of the office manager. As he has the same name as the Dr I assume it to be his son. The wife (she is a PA or something like that) seemed to be highly medicated or something. Like she was on pain medicine or stoned or something weird. Then the doctor... maybe he could clean his office. There is nothing quite like seeing all kinds of patient files all over the place. Random notes on people just laying around all over the place. It was bad enough that I did a little digging online after my appointment. The news was NOT good. The doctor and his wife have been in trouble with the IRS, multiple board reviews, drug addict daughter. Doctor has been accused of prescribing meds for wife and son and the list goes on. This is a bad place, save yourself and just go elsewhere.

Dr. Olsen is usually about 30 minutes late for his appointments (or 30 minutes behind is the better way to state it.) If I have an appointment for 10:30 I know that it will be closer to 11 am when he actually will see me. This is slightly annoying, but workable if you just keep the habitual lateness in mind when you schedule your appointment/day. He is very pleasant and has a wonderful sense of humor - he can always make me laugh even on my darkest days. He is also an internal medicine doctor who knows a great deal about arthritis, the medications taken for it, and their side effects. He worked very well with my Rheumatologist which I appreciated. On the whole, I love him.
