IME/psych evaluation by Mr. Friedman: "0" star rating
1- no 14th amendment allowed/ no witnesses or recording allowed.
2- Very rude, disrespectful/combatant towards me/seemed aggitated.
3- leading me with suggestive questioning, and rushed my answers.
4- not recording my answers correctly, on HIS own recorder.
5- he was irritated at my answers, if he didn't like them.
6- kept interrupting me, then said I'm combatant, when confronted.
7- said HE terminated session, when in fact I inniated termination.
8- he lied to L&I case manager/stated opposite of actual event.
9- He only terminated, when I told him I was about to terminate,
and also not mentioned non-coop to me as he stated, and if he
did, then I didn't hear him at that point, since I was already
on my way out his door, and told him I was going to file complaint
10- gross neglegence is equal to fraud.(just a reminder)
11- he was demeaning, belittling, and just a flat out jerk.
12- + review ratings are submitted by "anomyous" or fake names
13- I could go on, but what's the point.
I've been a business owner most my adult life, and have NEVER
experienced the kind of unprofessionalism I experienced with this man.
He states that he was unable to get enough history or data to draw
a conclusion, yet in the same sentance, claims that I wanted to
communicate my entire history, lol. I mean come on, this guy's not
even a good liar for pete's sake, as he contradicted himself/fraud.
if this man was in my employment, he'd be scrubbing toilets with a
toothbrush, by the end of the week, lol.
I'm not some young snotnose punk kid, with limited intelligence. I've
been a business owner, a Navy vet of 7yrs, worked in law enforcement
and a volunteer fireman for over 20yrs (although inactive now),and
have had some of the same training this man has in his own field,
not to mention all the other training I have in a variety of other
areas, and in many other countries, giving me more practical experience in many other fields, than he'll ever be able to accomplish in just his 1 field of expertice.
My negative experience with Dr. Friedman, coupled with the countless
online complaints, I've read, leads me to believe he really doesn't like
his job, and that's an issue, given his exposure to potentially psychotic
individuals. He's neither professional, nor smart, in my opinion. What's
he going to do, if he actually does run into a psycho some day, who's
offended just enough, to jump across his desk and slap him silly. I also
feel compelled tell you, that these type of people are bad for society as
a whole, and in my opinion, a potential liability to himself and whomever he works under, since according to several reviews, he's already facing some serious charges.
I've went to just 1 of the review websites for this man, and read
countless complants about him, for basically the same exact behavior
and I've come to the conclusion that he was hired for a reason.
That reason is to deny claims, and that's obvious to me, based on
written testimony from many people who've dealt with him as well,
and as a matter of fact, some of which claim to be in the process
of litigation at this time.
All negative reviews shown, seem to still receive a 4-5 star rating
at the end of the complaint, although they state giving as little
star rating as the site will allow, telling me, that there's also
some other fraud taking place on his behalf, on that site, as well.
This man should not hold the position he does, as it's obvious he has
issues himself that need to be addressed, before helping anyone else.
If one didn't have mental issues before meeting him, they're likely
to have them after meeting him, and I'm certain that's his goal.
In summary, I think this man has ruined enough lives' don't you? I can assure you, that when this ends up in court, (and it will), I'll not be attending in a "corporate fiction " capacity, and then we'll see just how smart he thinks he is. I'm the straw that broke the donkey's back.
